The Cartier jewels are all vintage, and are set with diamonds of all sorts. The Private Collection Flower Diamond Brooch at her bosom, circa 1941, is set with round old-cut and single-cut diamonds, and is considered to be priceless.
A second vintage Cartier brooch is set with over 45 carats of diamonds and valued at $262,000. A Cartier Art Deco Diamond Bracelet, retailing at $563,000 and fashioned with nearly 400 diamonds set into platinum, encircles Ms. Zellweger’s wrist. Two more bracelets top it off, both from the 1920’s and set with a mixture of diamonds: pear shapes, round old-cuts and rose cut stones. The bracelets are considered priceless.
